Due to the digital nature of our products, they are delivered instantly via downloadable link as soon as payment is complete.  Shipping costs do not apply.

Returns and Refunds. Due to the digital nature and instant access you'll receive of the complete product upon purchase, all website template and illustration pack purchases are non-refundable.

All refunds for other shop products are in our sole and exclusive discretion. To return products, you must e-mail our Returns Department at hello@femmecollectivestudio.com. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment, meaning if an item is not delivered back to us, you will not be refunded. Refunds are processed within approximately [15] business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
